I led the UI/UX design of the admin dashboard that powers the entire backend system. It consolidates submissions from the public portal and provides staff with tools to review, approve, or reject requests. The interface is built to handle large volumes of data while remaining easy to navigate and responsive.
Problem
Updating national identity information required long queues, in-person visits, and manual processes—leading to frustration, delays, and inefficiency at scale.
Solution
